  • Sharpener card slot:
  • Rough stage (tungsten steel) – used to sharpen blunt knives and damaged tools.
  • Fine grinding (diamond abrasive) – used to repair the gap of the blade.
  • Polished (ceramic) – used to polish the tool and quickly repair it.
  • Instructions:
  1.  Select the appropriate sharpening card slot.
  2.  Place the stainless steel tool vertically into the appropriate sharpening card slot.
  3. Move 3-5 times in one direction.
  • Note: You can only pull in one direction, you can’t push and pull back and forth.
  • Cleaning: Remove the head of the sharpener and wash it in water.

SHARP KNIFE: Put the blunt knife vertically into the sharpener, select the appropriate sharpening card slot, and gently pull the knife in the same direction 3–5 times. After using the sharpener, you will get a sharp knife. You will be able to cut meat easily. Note: To pull your own knife in one direction, you cannot push and pull back and forth.
