How To Personalise Your Case?
Option 1 – ‘Customize Now’
Customise your own case through Amazon before checkout when you select ‘Customize Now’. Upload your chosen photo by following the online instructions before checkout. *Please note only 1 photo can be applied to the case with this option, if you would like a collage on your case please create it beforehand and upload as a single image. Once you have completed your order we will receive your artwork and your case will be sent straight to production for you.
Option 2 – ’Design It For Me’
With this option one of our team will design your case for you with your chosen photos (max of 6) and send you a preview for your confirmation.
After you have purchased your case:
1. Login to Amazon and find your ‘hairyworm’ order.
2. Click ‘Contact Seller’.
3. Select ‘Product Customisation’ from the drop down box.
4. Write any info/requests and attach your images by clicking ‘add attachment’ (if you are having difficulty attaching your images please contact us for help).
5. Click Send E-mail / Send Message.
We will send you back a preview for your confirmation. We will send your order to production after you have confirmed your proof. If we don’t hear from you within two working days we will send your order to production (providing we have received the images for your case).
* Please note you will receive message responses through the email address that is used for your Amazon account, please also check your spam inbox for messages.
*Due to the Personalised nature of this product it is Non-Refundable and Non-Exchangeable; please check the correct case model is purchased.
