The Apple MacBook Pro “M1” 8-Core 13-Inch (2020) model features a 5-nm 3.2 GHz Apple M1 processor with 8 cores (4 performance cores and 4 efficiency cores), an 8-core GPU, a 16-core Neural Engine, 16GB of onboard RAM, and 1.25TB SSD storage (a 256GB internal drive and a 1TB external SSD). Both the RAM and the SSD can be upgraded at the time of initial system purchase, but not subsequently. Offered in silver and a darker “Space Grey” colour, this notebook has an integrated 720p FaceTime HD webcam, stereo speakers with a “high dynamic range,” a scissor-switch “Magic Keyboard” with a customized “Touch Bar” with a separate esc key and a separate “Touch ID” sensor, and a gigantic “Force Touch” trackpad. UK is the default keyboard, but any keyboard Apple sell can be ordered, just put note on the order at checkout. Additionally, it has a high-resolution LED-backlit 13.3″ widescreen 2560×1600 (227 ppi, 500 nits) “Retina” display with True Tone technology, and a integrated battery that provides an Apple estimated 17-20 hours of runtime. Connectivity includes 802.11ax Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5, two Thunderbolt 3/USB 4 ports (USB-C connector), and a 3.5 mm headphone jack. Please note this is a bundle option, with a 256GB internal drive and a 1TB external SSD, as explained in the listing. It is not a 1.25TB internal SSD. You get 1.25TB SSD storage and all of our extras like the keyboard and mouse, DVD drive and Ethernet hub along with Office for Mac in the bundle. This is done to save you money whilst maintaining the storage and minimising any performance penalty. The machine comes with Office for Mac 2020, fully licenced. We also include a DVD Drive and a 4-Port USB 3.0 hub with Ethernet built in. Everything you need right out of the box.
